+1. Surprised they're doing this now.

on any decent modern cell phone there should be a white balance option. toggle through the diff lighting modes and you'll get the right color

Yeah, I'll have to unload the yellow sepia program. Some might say it has a glowing halo effect.

Slewfoot, the idea of a U shaped cap on a U lasted oxford is growing on me everyday...now if I can just find some way to add side gussetting and imitation lacing to make it perfect

Here are the other two from my recent shipment plus my first Vass pair which I'm not sure I ever got around to posting.

Vass - U cap on the U last size 44 in Bordeaux shell cordovan - I wonder how'll the patina will develop as right now they are more brown than Bordeaux. Impressive and fun shoes nonetheless.

Vass - Chukka on the U last size 44 in Antique Cognac calf - tough to beat the Vass Chukka!

Vass - Paris (EG Beaulieu design) on the U last size 44 in Bordeaux calf - I took these photos thinking I may part with these on B&S, but I think I'm keeping them for now! No real reason to sell them other than too many shoes!

Thanks guys! Glad you like them. The two pairs of Vass Chukkas I own are some of the most comfortable shoes in my rotation.
