You mean like these? :^) The 5 eyelet is mine and the 3 eyelet is aportnoy's. I think with this style though you should do the F or U last.

One width only per last, unless perhaps you get a custom job while visiting Budapest.

Slew, I was thinking just like those but with the F-last and the 360 goyser welt. Those u-last ones look fantastic, but i think i want a u-last norweger....after seeing GDL's post pages and pages ago. What about double monks in pebble grain with goyser : D

'In matters of taste ...' as they say - but I find the New Peter works for bluchers, esp without brogueing or ornament in a countrified style as in second from right below.

BTW the Gieves and Hawkes tweed jacket arrived a couple days ago and I've been meaning to say cheers. It's a stunner, I love it and just need the temp to drop below 20 degrees so I can wear it out!

I just don't like the style. I'm all for rugged lasts but I think the Peter looks almost comical - but....

... I'm happy to be proven wrong It does indeed look better on that suede blucher.

Glad you liked the jacket!

can i butt in? the F-last with 360 would rock - even the U with goyser - there's one in red a ways back in this thread - looks distinctive in a good way.
U last Norweger is a beast - one in pebble on sartoriale right now

Well, I'm sure this pair has been added before with these specific, but there's no such thing as too much porn. Old English II, cognac calf, F last.
