Some people can wear both. I generally fit OK in the P2 but need the next wider fitting in F. Even then, it doesn't always look or feel great.

Well, some of it is the angle, since it is on the end, but yes it is wider and has much more volume. I actually use an extra sock liner in some of my P2s to cut down the volume a bit. I do wear the same size in both though. U last I have to go up .5 as it has much less overall volume than F.

And I wear the same size in F and U last and find the overall interior volume quite similar save for the toe box, while I find P2 substantially more voluminous than F and drop down a half size as a consequence.

From L to R:
Vass U 43.5, Alden Barrie 9.5D, Vass F 43, RL Marlow 10D, Vass P2 43

Hope that helps!

Thanks for taking the time to do that!

The U last seems to be a perfect fit for me, I am a 11UK in almost all narrow lasts - Carmina Simpson, Saint Crispins Classic, Enzo Bonafe 2102b and now 45 in the U last:

Special thanks to exceptional service from @jokb
and GTA Shoe Shine for making this happen.  I was nervous to see how things would turn out, but I am very happy with the result.

Has anyone ordered a Vass MTO through Notch? I got a message he received my order a month ago. I had requested certain color laces but Vass couldn't do that so he was going to look for a different solution. Haven't heard since despite following up. I don't think I'll ever see my shoes. Was really looking forward to them too.

I did my last order with him and he has been pretty good through out the process. His reply might be delayed but I'm sure he will get back to you. BTW, I'd have chosen to get my shoes as soon as possible and arranged for laces myself ( which are easier to get , at least here in US)

Thanks! It was a Vass x Shibumi Sen makeup. It doesn't look like Shibumi is carrying Vass anymore, but it was a mid-brown museum calf galosh bal.

Any advice on F last sizing on loafer? Do you guys size down? Say, you wear oxford in 41 F-last. do you keep the size when ordering loafer? Thanks for your advice.

(I wear cnj sydney in UK 7, but cnj oxford in UK 7.5)

Probably should have. I ordered my normal wide F size and will probably be better selling the result. Not awful, but not quite right either.
