Dear Vaaaaash enthusiast s

I am planning to get a show with following set up :

Antique cognac
Budapeter
No goyser

My last issue is the last. The F last would be my favourite but the oxfords fit like this in the pic. Too wide on the instep.

So my questions are:
do you think on a derby the laces would less closed as in the oxfords?
p2 seems to be even wider than the F last, so what options do i have?

Many thanks

You might be able to size down half from F in both P2 or 3636. Both these lasts have lower instep in any case

Thanks .
Would an half size down on P2 be signicantly shorter than a 42 F?

Quoting me again, I would like to ask your opinion on goyser stitching .

for a antique cognac cordovan budapester in F last would you go goyser or not?

thanks for your inputs,

Depends on how you're wearing them; goyser ups the casual level imo

you are right. I plan to wear them with odd jackets and pants, no suit. so I believe a goyser would be fitting better.

also I am not big fan of the little waves of the non goyser soles of Vass

I will go for a 270 goyser.

thank you

What are "little waves"?

You could also go double leather if you don't want wheeled edges (or ask to exclude on single).

Little waves of beer for me shortly.

Thanks guys. Yes, Zapas, NMWA P2 version. I'm not the biggest U cap fan, but this pair is a great combo and I grab it all the time.

@Shouldaville your picture captures well the subtlety of oxblood calf's color. Hard to get right on camera IME
