Hmm I'm typically averse to lighter colored balmorals but the shell that vass rolls out usually darkens beautifully.

What outfit did you have in mind when you placed the order for those shoes?

I work in a business casual environment, I mostly wear odd trousers / chinos with shirts so that's probably what I am going to wear it with.

I think these will fit in perfectly. I've been the recipent of many "miscommunicated" pairs and my initial reaction is mild shock followed by dissapointment that my vision wasn't carried out perfectly. But in every case I would argue that the change that vass made was ultimately the right one. And in this case the light colored matching goyser is a very nice complement to the shell and ultimately to your wardrobe, I think. Wear in good health, sir

It's crazy getting shoes in three days from Budapest. Really pleased with how these came out.

But I must admit it looks quite good and I decided to keep it. What do you guys think?

P2+Shell+270 Goyser = Killer Oxford for casual wear.  They are great. Congrats!!

Rezso confirmed that the latest batch of antique cognac shell is back to the darker version, so definitely enjoy the last of the lighter batch @stevefok !

I wonder from which batch my pair is being made. I placed the order about a month ago and was told to expect it to be done by the end of September.

stevfok those would be just fine in a business casual environment. Unless they are a 43, in which case they are horrible and you should sell them to me. ;-)

Isn't it funny how changeable our tastes are if shoes are in our size? If they're 43 they're beautiful. Half size smaller? Fkn nasty but I'd help a brother out, just to be nice, ya know?

Gents, I got the chance to grab this pair of Vass.
Seems to be: London model+ P or P2(can someone confirm) +shell+ 270 goyser.
Until so far I never thought of wearing a PTB.
What do you think? Keepers?

Thank you for your hints.
