the tongue is skived by many decent makers of dress shoes to be thinner (and presumably softer) at the edges. You would have to get to the upper under the lining leather at the tongue to truly assess the uppers' thickness.

You might very well be right.
I can't be sure of their source currently. Though I knew at least at some point they used ilcea.

They're back to Ilcea now. They used a number of suppliers during Ilcea's hiatus. (Bonaudo included)

I can't find the link but I'm pretty certain Ilcea have 2 different shades of gold; the original and the new (#7)

Didn't others say they don't carry whiskey shell?

Where do you see green shell bluchers? I was there a few weeks ago and there was no green shell.

They don't have any whiskey shell at the moment. They have black, cigar brown, antic cognac, deep cognac, and bordeaux.

They make shoes with whiskey shell, but they don't have any at the moment.

It's probably the picture. I think those are black shell, but on my phone screen it looks very dark greenish.

I am in the computer.  They seem to me dark green, but it is a pic (I was not there); maybe black or navy??.

I will ask Mr. Kuti today about the navy and green shell.

You are most right.

OMG, this is insane. I just received 8 pairs of 3 pieces shoe trees!!.  :satisfied:.

Is Mr. Kuti pushing me to buy now 8 new pairs of shoes? My wish list is even larger though... but currently I do not even have room enough for 3 new shoe boxes.

I wish I had received the P2 shoe tree to compare, but just F and 3636 here guys.

Lasted shoe trees. No half sizes.  They do not mark the last, so you better do it yourself. No strings to hold them (like a puzzle).

Cool! So you just back-ordered a whole bunch for your existing Vass shoes?

The four shells in that picture are Bordeaux, Bordeaux, cigar, and black. I saw them I person a few weeks ago. They also have a whiskey shell shoe but it's in a box and not on permanent display.
