Hi!
Bought these RTW F-Last Old English in Plum Museum Calf half a year ago, on a visit to Budapest. I love them and, thus, am planning my next order with Vass. These shoes are in size 43.5. Regarding length and instep height, they fit quite well, but I want more space for my small toe, and therefore, need more width at the forefoot, on my next order.
Which last and sizing would you suggest? I am afraid, when sizing up or choosing a wider last, I will encounter heel slip, because the lacing on my 43.5 F last is already fully closed.
Thanks, Crunchfactor.

Allow me to introduce my latest (slightly green) arrival from @Ascotshoes, a stunning wingtip in Bordeaux & Green calf on the U-last ... Thank you Sammy!

What is your normal US shoe size? Can you compare to Carmina Rain or Allen Edmonds? Thanks.

That is one creative makeup. I don't know how on earth you come up with the idea to insert a piece of green in there, but somehow it works!

I am between a US 10 1/2 and 11, say 10 3/4. normal width.

I take a 9.5 in Carmina Rain, Forest and Robert.

Don't have experience with AE, I do own a pair (10.5 US) put not familiar with the last.

in Vass I have a 43.5 F that fits pretty snug but wearable. This pair is 44 and fits a little more generous, room for thicker socks. I think I'll stick with 44 in the future.

Lasted 3 piece shoe trees arrived and hot diggity, the fit is supreme! Fills out the entire vamp like a lasted G&G or STC tree fills out their respective shoes. Simply outstanding big thanks to Vass for making this happen. I guess it takes a lot longer to produce a pair of 3 piece trees but it's worth it
