Looks like they valued the shoes at $700 US. Or there abouts...

Doesn't seem fair if the price was substantially less.

@RogerP, thanks to the pics of your gorgeous oxblood dubmonks, I've decided to pull the trigger on same, but on the U last. Does your pair have a matching welt and edge color? I was considering black, as I prefer burgundy shell shoes with black edges. But I wonder if oxblood is too close to black for it to work well. Any thoughts or advice?

These are awesome roger.  I'm assuming you wear these year round as there is no white in this pair?

Thanks - I wear them over three seasons - spring summer fall - not because the wouldn't work in winter, but because I am all about the boots at that time of year.

Pretty sure mine are black edges - not high contrast, but then I think that works better on a dressier pair of monks. Good luck with the order - I'm sure you'll enjoy them!

What widths are people taking in Vass for boots and oxfords in relation to other brands? I'm an F width in GG and AS, and Carmina Rain last fits me very well. Thanks

Vass size is different & varies from ppl to ppl but if it helps I take same size as my carmina rain last on U, F, & K last which is 42.5

Thanks @TtownMD . You have been on fire with your helpful responses and I appreciate it. I'll assume you are simply taking the standard widths in U, F, and K last. I should be a 43.5 then as I'm a 9.5UK for Rain. Thanks
