Big thanks to @arahat
and his proxy service in getting these made up. Highly recommended - got them pretty much spot on.

O M G !  That's exactly the same makeup I am preparing to order. Do they have a seamless heel too?

I am still uncertain about the colour. Was thinking bordeaux, but it may look too loud ..

What did you go for? Dark Brown Calf?

Edit: Just saw your blog. They don't have a seamless heel. It would add an absolute bespoke feel with that opt IMO. But looking great anyhow!

They are so much more comfortable straight out of the box than other dress shoes. I think I have just stumbled upon a lucky match for my feet with the K-last. I recommend it to anyone with a high instep and normal to narrow width feet.

Many thanks MC - very helpful.

they don't offer seamless heels on that model, I inquired. would be great if they could offer it though, agreed, it would look very bespoke.

Those are JL William II, not Vass.  The black ones are OEII, (seamless at the counter). :slayer:

wiwt. Dark brown suede penny loafer U-lasts. These I ordered when everything I could ever think of was U-last, U-last... Even though they turned out a bit formal I like them. And adding to the suede discussion: the suede is really smooth and easy to brush off and has almost like a little shine to it. The hair length is just right if you ask me.
