Like all three makeups of the OE.
Do you order OEI for all plain captoes and OEII for all punched captoes?
Which last do you and your customers prefer, U or F?
I heared the majority of asians had relatively short and wide feet, so probably the F last would be a better fit?

The F last chukka is a thing of absolute beauty.
If POSH thinks the last works for my feet, it will be my next purchase, though I would go for dark brown suede instead of black calf.
How were you able to order them without the gap at the top of the heel?
If I recall correctly, every pair I have seen so far, they must have been from gshen, aportnoy and Slewfoot, had that gap in the heel.

Just tell Rezso. What is your reason for not wanting the split, though?

At first glance I think a heel without a split to it does look nicer, but there might be a good reason why Vass does it to their shoes while other makers don't.
That's what I am interested in.

archangle13, I agree, what makes it casual?

Louis, I have the OEII in Oxblood.

Mr. Moo, great surprise from the wife. Happy belated, I hope you enjoyed it.

Oh yea, happy birthday to you and your vass family, Sir Moo!

I find those lines at the side of the river II rather awkward. Is that called a swan neck or something else? Pardon my limited shoe vocab.

IMO, the side stitching will work well only on a funky chiseled last like the u last. I simply cannot imagine a rectangular thingy working on a round toe. I say that because I was contemplating the river II in F, 2 months ago.
