Allen Edmonds 5 last Park Ave 8D US - good fit
Meermin Olfe oxfords 7UK - good fit
Meermin Hiro double monks 7UK - tiny heel slip, but ok
C&J/RL Lindrick boots 7UK/7.5US - good fit
Carmina Oscar last boots 7UK - good fit

Hard to say for sure but probably 41. However I am an 8.5TTS/8 in Alden Barrie/7.5UK in Carmina Rain and 41.5 was too long for me in New Peter. 41 was a much better fit although it's pretty tight across the instep. I would imagine F may fit me better than G width but am worried it would create too much heel slip

- but how about a couple of 100 pics of used Vass'?

I assume those shoes are getting used, right?

So, less "closet queens" and more "hairy-manly-chuck-norrisish pics of real men walking the streets in them"  lol8%5B1%5D.gif

Size 41 should fit you.

One watchout is that U & K lasts typically have high insteps. The most common problem I've found for most people is that the lacing gap almost (or completely) closes after break-in period even if other parts of the shoes fit your feet.

If the lacing gap on your meermin olfe almost closes, then for sure the instep volume in U last will be too big for you (I have both.)

For me the lacing gap for Olfe is on the wider side, but its perfect on the U last (I have high instep.)

Thanks for the comparison to Meermin. My Olfe oxfords don't close up all the way. So 41 it is. The question for me now is if I should pull the trigger. I've been looking at a new IWC watch but then I think about all the clothes and stuff I could buy for the price of that watch...

I choose the latter when confronted with this decision. My alternatives were your latter option and IWC Port. I'm pretty happy with my choice and am inclined to believe there's more satisfaction to the multiple clothing items I've purchased than a single watch on my wrist.

Do it! The U-last is amazing!

I emailed Vass last night and Mr. Kuti told me that they don't ship shoes to the US. He told me Epaulet & NMWA supplies in the US. I've heard of Notch as well. Are there any other sources I'm missing?

Ascot shoes. I remember reading that if you contact them directly, you'll get a better price than their eBay store listing.

NMWA's stock is low right now, but I believe you can do MTO through them for reasonable price. Call Greg or ask him on their thread. He also said they're getting more stock soon including gold museum calf double monk. Awesome.

What size would I be on the F last?

Allen Edmonds 5 last Park Ave 8D US - good fit
Meermin Olfe oxfords 7UK - good fit
Meermin Hiro double monks 7UK - tiny heel slip, but ok
C&J/RL Lindrick boots 7UK/7.5US - good fit
Carmina Oscar last boots 7UK - good fit

People recommended 41 for U last before.
