Well considering they were not wearable at first, don't know if they succeeded with the proportions smile.gif
Keep in mind their F width is not a wide, but a medium for VASS. So this was an extra wide at H width ( just like a G width from GG).

It was nice to finally see a pair in person though, nicely made pair of shoes. They feel solid but surprisingly light weight. Leather was as supple as any box calf i have ever felt, and the sole treatment on their Italian lasts are quite slick...

Works for me with standard widths across the board.

I don't know if I should even bother to give the F last a try. I feel like I would have to order a 45 H width just to be safe, but don't feel like blowing money on another failed attempt.

Damn, and I really wanted VASS to work for me...

U last didn't work for me, but F did, rather nicely. Plenty of room in the forefoot, compared to U. YMMV though.

What is their standard width? E or F? If I request f width isn't that a hair wider than e?

Yes.
Vass hallmark.
G&G and E.G and Lobb = shoes = looks but it limited substance
Vass = the whole experience = looks and substance and dream come true for rtw.
