Hi thanks!, I requested the topy and the rubber heel. I like it in boots.

^^^ Just about all my boots have a synthetic sole or a Topy.  Enjoy the heck out of those puppies.

its not the broguing on the cap that makes them a different model, but the lack of stitching around the heel. The OE or OE2 can be made standard (with broguing throughout) or plain (just stitching no broguing).

Very good. Thanks. @rikod Are those P2? They are a nice shape for a chukka.

I believe the black toe caps of RogerP is called the Melton and not a variation of OE or OEII.
Most of the other ones I've seen in photos have broguing on the throat line whereas this one is plain and just broguing on the cap.Nice make up!

@RogerP
What is the leather combo for that shoe again?
post #10242 of 20262

Roger,

Is it antique vognac for the wing and heel counter, 6125 cognac for the vamp, and cognac for the eyelet?

^^^ Ascot broke down the colour progression for me at the time of sale, but I must confess I have forgotten the particular designation for each progressively lighter shade.  You may well be right.
