In the event that someone purchases my NST's, I will replace them with a new pair, however in determining what color or choose, as whiskey is not readily available anymore, which color would be most classic choice for a NST??

I am not sure an overview exists a la C&J or AS. Very few have them side by side. AS & Bespoke (G&G) are the only ones I know.
If you find one for Vass lasts, I would be interested in it as well.
