We've been there twice, the last time the second to last weekend he was open. It was a total mad house, but I didn't really get any attitude from the staff, except for when dealing with somewhat unreasonable requests from customers. We like the place a lot, and will definitely miss it.

So, the pizza was very, very good. Easily 10/10 on a San Francisco scale, and a solid 7/10 in Naples. The center of the pizza is better at Delfina, but the outside is much better at Pulcinella. The pasta and appetizers are great. Again, they would be satisfying anywhere, not only in the Italian food poor city of San Francisco. It is not an Americanized version of Neapolitan food, but real Neapolitan food at a restaurant owned by relatively FOB Neapolitans. We will return... often.

This is good to hear. Will have to try it. Was there a touristy vibe or did it seem more local?

I've become addicted since. The classic with buffalo mozzarella is like $15 for a multi-person pizza. Worth it. Basic slices of cheese to go are $1.50, a bargain (though its not buffalo mozzarella).

The SF gang is looking forward to your arrival. I think we plan to eat at your place. Will we get an SF discount? Has Matt offered you the use of his guest house? If not, I may have a spare camping mat.

The inside makes it look like it would be touristy, but the clientele seemed mainly local or Italian. From what I could tell, half of the tables spoke Italian with the waiters. It isn't on the Grant Street side of Vallejo, but closer to Little City Meats, so you don't get the drunken college/tourist crowd as much.
