What's the fit like on these? It seems like every website has different measurements for them.

I've just got a LVC 1947 501 rigid.I've sized up 1 size and hot soak it for an hr,it still tend to be slightly oversize.I assume it will shrink further for the second soak and it should fit nicely then.I have not wear them yet.

 

If I were to soak them the 2nd time for the shrinkage,will the color be affected much and the fading afterwards?

it shouldnt shrink too much, but it will keep shrinking minimally for the next 5-6 washes. if you can wear em the way they are, id just do that, but another hot soak wont effect the indigo very much.

i just got a pair of 66 501s... having the opposite problem... hopefully they dont shrink much more or ill have to give em to my wife or son... they do look great sized down tho.

yea, soaking LVC wont do much, if any, with color.

agree they look great sized down..perhaps will just do another soak and see how it goes.will post some pics when available for comments..thanks..

the body fit is true, the sleeves are on the long side, the measurements might be off because it is a loose knit.

All LVC denim are 75% off at Levi's stores???

Not denim. Shirts, sweaters and some jackets.

And some pants, but not denim.

Yeh I made the fail mistake of thinking the PSA was for the denim... times ten since I went into the shop all hot to trot

Does anyone know if the type 2 jackets were on sale?

Is there any way to get news of the SF Flagship store? I got a buddy in SF for the week, he'll be heading there I want him to pick me up something if there's good deals to be had?
