Manton, could you list your usual daily drinkers? I'm not sure if Daily Drinkers deserves its own thread but I think we could start sharing what we're drinking in terms of that in a more systematic fashion for the benefit of all.

That's quite the woman you found there.

I definitely love that idea. A thread might be good to keep it all archived in one place.

2010 Saint Glinglin Carte Verte sounds very tempting.

Copain has been making some good juice lately. Two local somms have been hot it them for a couple of years now. Had a Syrah that was about $20 retail not long ago and was not overly jammy but a drink young type.

awesome. Didn't know much about the other Chaves, mostly because I haven't bothered with looking at the region much.

I would say Crush should have them. Just call and ask for Ian and tell him I sent you.

I forget how long they've been making it for, but quality wise I think you're spot on with in between the two St. Joseph's. The 2010 is really nice. Perfect Summer BBQ wine. I'll be buying some for myself. 2nd time I've had it and both very nice.

I see what you mean about the new worldness, however far from cringe worthy. I think it's a great value. Not as good as the cheaper, older Antico though.

I get that. I have a very narrow definition of preferred Barbera style. I'm more forgiving with most other styles.
