I fucking fixed it. Awesome thanks for the tips guys. It just too conscious effort and now its natural. I've actually been getting mad compliments since I fixed it, and several of my friends have fessed up to tell me that before I looked like some shy high school kid.

Look at some video of male models in fashion shows. While there are some exceptions, they generally have confident, masculine walks.
