Hammer Strength... - Page 4

Considering I started at 90lbs two years ago, yes. The gay guys at work say I have a "swimmer's body". Whatever. But I'm no longer just skin and bone, I have a nice layer of muscle all over now. I attribute 90% of it to squatting in the rack.

5'6, and I've been incredibly underweight my whole life. I got into lifting in the first place to try to move up to what would be considered a "normal" weight for my height.

I'm slowly but surely managing to help myself. My chest has always been a problem, and I'm quite excited that I'm now getting it sorted out finally. For over a year I found I've been bench pressing with piss poor form, with a grip way too narrow. No wonder my traps have gotten (relatively) huge while my chest has done nothing. Widened the grip last week, and am finally hitting my pecs hard with it now. I've noticed growth even after a week in my chest. But I guess when you're that skinny, it's easy to notice any change. My next goal is to find a way to do some sort of standing press without hurting my already screwed up rotator cuff.
