There is so much good stuff to be had with beer, but if I had a choice, I would go with Gobi Manchurian:

Pbbbt, its in no way a Chinese dish.

Its a nasty a$$ not even bastardization of no Chinese dish.

I could list a ton of things, but Buffalo Wings, Poppers, or Bitterballen probably top my list.

I know you know your Indian food pretty well, but well made spicy gobi manchurian is f'in perfect with beer. About to go have some...
