Hi, I was 11 when I read the first book but I'm 19 now, am I still allowed to see the movies? How about Pixar?

BTW: Read both Shannara and several Eddings series and they are ok. Overall I prefer the Harry Potter series, the former just seems to directly recreate other generic fantasy and it felt like HP did a better job of establishing it's read and was overall a more entertaining read.

Also, didn't like the movie. Nearly bored me to tears. Liked Emma, Bellatrix, and that was about it. Pacing was slow/not enough seemed to be going on at times.

I've read the books and seen the movies. One of the problems with this movie is that the book is some 600+ pages in length and there's no way you can do it justice in a 110 minute movie. Smartly, they've split the last book into two movies.

One of the plot points that was changed that surprised the hell out of me was the final scene with Snape, Potter, Malfoy and Dumbledore. Serious mistake in my opinion.

Depends on your perspective.

She's not spreading her legs like Spears; she's just being hit with enough flash to light up her colon. Sleazy asshole shot.
