Middle age acne is 99% diet related. Go raw for a couple weeks and see if it helps you clear up.

Accutane works but it's expensive. If you don't want to have to get a prescription I'd recommend going to Kroger's and getting "Nature's Cure". There's 60 pills (1 for the morning, 1 for the evening) and it comes with a cream. It's not as expensive and ALMOST as powerful as accutane. Companies like "Clean & Clear" also make effective 4-step cream products. Your diet definitely has a little to do with it, but I'm sure a dermatologist would have a better idea of what's going on than any one of us.
