There was a hipster at the bar I was at last night. Guy with tight-like cheap jeans tucked into tall boots, black/white checkered belt, tight black undershirt revealing his muffin-top and flabby arms, keffiyah, and mullet/beard combo. Couldn't stop staring in horror.

If the agreed upon definition of hipster includes not supporting any particular social or political cause, then the keffiyah is a clear sign of a hipster poser.

The sight of one of these faux hipsters in a keffiyah could make a much less politically correct person want to find out where he lives and bulldoze his house. (Just to see if he really gets the irony of being a hipster.)

By my estimations, hipsters are only tolerable when they're intelligent and self-aware.

Can't say I don't appreciate some of their 'cutting edge' style, mind.

Thank you! I'm not a hipster hater, but ignorance of certain subcultures may be worn as a badge of honour.

If the hipster girls are wearing only glasses, I may allow them to chase me off a cliff.
