Can't speak to the rb15, but have 1950's and 1980's. Fit is actually pretty similar b/w the two, w/ the 1980 being a bit lower in rise, and slimmer through the knee area. Whodini is fast w/ the measurement chart of his, so compare from there.

I shot an email over and asked for recommendations on a slim straight leg and RB15 and KMW1980 were the recommendations. I think I'm gonna roll with the 1950's though - how much will they give in the waist? I'm a 34.5, 34 on a good day - I'm thinking 33x34 which are 16.5; will they give up to an inch? Thanks for the measurements btw.

whodini- are those measurements from in-store?

Jarude- from what I have heard, the rule of thumb with KMWs are that they will stretch about an inch in the waist.

Yes, those measurements were made back in Nov for the Thanksgiving sale.

What's your recommendation for a guy with a 34 waist? Sorry for the incessant questions, just want to be sure.

rag & bone 15 are a slim straight jean.. slimmer than the 1980.. the straight leg rag & bone (like the kmw 1950) is the rb11

The easiest way to do this, guys, is to measure the waistband of a pair of jeans you already own and compare them to the measurements listed. Given the potential of ~1" here and there, use that as a guide to how comfortable or uncomfortable the jeans might end up for you.

What's the rise on the sz. 30 1980's?
