The ladies in this forum keep referring to their DH or DF. What does this stand for? I'm prepared to feel stupid. My guess is DH = Dude Hunk.

Interesting that 80% of the responses in that thread are either that they don't care, or that they don't care as long as the guy doesn't look like he tried.

Buy H&M and Zara at home, cop Louboutin and Céline when you travel is what most do I think. Clothes in DK/SE/NO are horribly expensive.

Do you actually live in Billund, btw?

I don't know it just seems like an odd mix, why not buy quality clothing and some cheaper shoes and bags, I doubt Celine is that much cheaper outside of Scandinavia.

Some is some is not, it depends on the brand and the retailer.

Nope, Copenhagen.

Girls do not know what they like.

Just like guys don't. How many times have we heard guys say "Oh I like the shy type who takes off her glasses and turns out to be really hot!" - when reality :
a) Confidence is a turn on
b) but it is also intimidating to insecure people.

If they see a guy decked out in Dries who looks comfortable (key point - not a pretender) then chances are they'll find it interesting.

Other thing to note is they don't know about our next level shit so they can't comment on something they never seen foo.gif

I rather have nice shoes than nice clothes, but nice clothes over nice accessories. Bags are a far more obvious symbol of conspicuous consumption than clothing is though, which explains the prevalence of nice bag+nice shoes over nice clothes.

WRT prices, if it's not coming from within the EU, the cost is going to be terrible.

Pretty much this. In most cases dress isn't too a large factor in what brings people together past the first interaction anyways
