an old classmate of mine bought a fake vertu, just to check it out if he can rock it in his tight rock n republic jeans and embroidered logo'd shirt. last I heard he seems happy and is seriously contemplating in buying a real one.

Overpriced shit... why would anyone want to buy one of those is beyond me. Technologically they suck, they are tasteless, and ridiculously expensive for a fucking cell phone.

I walked by the Vertu store in Ginza. It was pretty awesome looking.

I don't think they've been updated in a long time either. The Vertus are either S40(rather basic feature phones like the Nokia 6100 from 2002) or S60(Symbian 'Burning platform') Nokias.
