koji

Its a Scorsese picture, so I have a good, good feeling it'll be good. Plus, Jack Nicholson as a gangster just has to be worth the price of admission.

It's getting just about universally very good to excellent reviews. The general jist is that it falls short of Scorcese's very best, but that the story and acting are superb. The mob boss role is supposedly much meatier than it was in Infernal Affairs.

I'm going to stick my neck out here but I saw Jackass 2 last week and laughed, a lot. A few of the jokes and stunts cross the line and you wonder how these guys keep their sanity. But, seeing it in a packed theatre it is definetly a cathartic experience. I'm sure there is a sociology paper in this movie somewhere... A. P.S.>Saw "Thank You for Smoking" last night, loved it.

I saw JA today, it was watchable-some walked out. Lots to vomit and poo. It was gross. I feel kind of dirty having watched it. B, because it is what it is.

Harsh Times trailer is up on apple. http://www.apple.com/trailers/mgm/harshtimes/ Christian Bale can do no wrong by me. Looks like he put together another creepy-ass character.

And Eva Longoria!
