That is too bad Tom would have been great, But what is up with Heath Ledger playing the Joker in The Batman Begins Sequel?

Dreamgirls promises to be good. And Norbit, too. Eddie Murphy's looking to make a comeback.

As I've previously stated, the only superhero that comes to mind quicker when you say Robert Downey Jr. is Dr. Strange.

Can I include on this thread films that ended up being shelved? Good Omens. Directed by none other than Terry Gilliam.

I love Terry Gilliam's work, but haven't heard about that one. I don't really know how much footage was shot on the Don Quixote movie before it all went to pot.
Have you read the book that was written about what he went through to get Brazil made and released? An excellent read, even though I usually avoid anything Hollywood-ish.

Do we really need such a great novel though bastardized as a movie? As far as what I'm dying to see...For Your Consideration, can't go wrong with C. Guest.

Marvel seem to have a disproportionate amount of alcoholic heroes.

With great vodka comes great responsibility.

The Departed looks interesting, although I'm not sure I'm dying to see it.

I'm curious to see how it differs from the HK version, but not quite enough to spend ten bucks on ticket.

I am asking my religious friends to pray that Idiocracy gets screened in Houston. Anywhere in Houston - it doesn't matter where. Right now I think it's showing in Peoria. I doubt I'll bring the Mrs - she hated Office Space.

Then there's Casino Royale, and Borat.

'Bobby.' I remember that event, like it was yesterday. Also, I love Sharon Stone, in retro-dramas. She's very amusing. I laughed all the way through Casino . . .

Demi Moore's hair in this shot . . . is off the charts.

Man, I totally forgot about Idiocracy... the premise looks hilarious.
