Heavy equipment operator ( something like a huge crane ).

Something like a cordwainer or tailor's cutter though this might not be considered blue collar.

You'd have to be very selective in your clientele because somehow I don't think very attractive women are the ones who will be using such services.

I always wanted to do the bartending/waitressing gig, but never had time for it. Supposedly the tip is at least decent. At least it's a job where there's actual social interaction.
