Dinner Date in Hong Kong. Suggestions?

Any restaurant recs for a dinner date in Hong Kong? She's from here so I'm assuming she'll recommend, but wanted to have an option or two in case it falls on me. (Not sure how I managed this one, but not complaining.)

Don't care. Suggest the place based on date-worthiness.

Uh, lets see, if someone asked me for this kind of rec, I'd choose something not too expensive (so it doesn't seem like I'm trying too hard), relatively small/intimate, with good service, and a good drinks list or wine menu. Does that help?

Panera would be perfect. They even have free wi-fi, so we could watch porn together.
