+1. I really liked the band and The Seeds of Love was a good album, introducing Oleta Adams to the world.

Not a good live band, you don't realize how slow the songs are until you see them perform live. Really lacked any stage energy

but The Hurting is a great album, some reason I remember everything about that day when I picked it up, my friend I was with, the store we went to, his mom driving us there....

I d/l'ed that cover/remake of Mad World that was done a few years ago. Far better than the original TFF version.

Saw them around '86 or so, right when I got my driver's license. Think Glass Tiger (remember them?) opened.

So I take it you are full on homo now.

I know the songs, and I know the groups. I like the music. I am too straight though, to have remembered the names of the songs or which group did what as most of it sounded the same. BTW, the Eurythmics were kicking ass too.

never really was into annie lennox. women's voices annoy me, whether they are talking, singing or asking why you're fingering their asses while they sleep

nothing like the sound of a nice female voice gagging

Anyway, I never listened to this homo music of yours. Throughout the 90's I kept lsitening to Beat Box (art of noise) and watching that wacky video. That's how tough I am.

Is this the music 1980s teens played when they conducted coke-fueled circle jerks?

Of course! Bryan Adams sang background in "Don't Forget Me When I'm Gone" too!

Agree with this. I went to see them in LA with Jellyfish opening who were much better. We left early. Great stuff on record, not so much live. Got to meet Kurt Smith who was a fan of a band I was playing in back in the day. He was a really down to earth good guy.
