Any way to convert Youtube videos to MP3s?

Just as the title says. I would like to create MP3s of some original Springsteen concerts I found on Youtube but have no idea how to do it. Any suggestions?

if you are using firefox, use download helper. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006 Then use an flv converter. http://download.cnet.com/Free-FLV-Co...html?tag=mncol this is what i do. takes like 3-5min

quickest and easiest method, also the one i use:

1) while watching the youtube video, in the address bar, replace the word youtube with voobys and hit enter.
2) download the video.
3) use the video converter on voobys.com (same link where you downloaded the video.)

My dad's been asking me how to do this, but I haven't found a foolproof enough way yet (He types every url he wants to visit into a Yahoo search, but it takes him long enough to type and he makes enough typos that I've never told him to type directly into the address bar). Maybe I'll try some of the suggestions on here.
