Actually, some places in New Jersey -- I'm thinking of Bernardsville and Bernard's Township -- are pretty darn nice.

I agree some places in NJ are very nice. I'd not want to visit mexico, alaska or anywhere else that stays cold a long time each yr.

Most of Asia, all of Africa, Middle East (including India), etc.

Very little inclincation to visit Mexico.

You guys need to get out more.

I may add New Jersey to the list I already posted.

Pretty much anywhere else in the world is open for visiting in my mind.

I'll say a prayer for you ... but not to worry ... I'll do so a 1928 Prayer Book parish ... St. Clements. But then to be honest ... the 28 words are the ones that still flow naturally for me.

Oh ... every now and again I grow weary ... perhaps it's time for a break. As another current thread asks ... "Has it all been said?" ... and sometimes I think yes.

Well, AAAC I suppose I have left for the most part ... so I can't tell you.

If you want to come to NJ and dont want to deal with the jersey shore crowd for the most part then visit Spring Lake, older crowd generally, but very nice.

Princeton, Red Bank and Coltsneck are great places to visit that dont have the least bit of 'joisey' vibe.

Places to avoid: seaside, trenton, camden, newark.

Hmm- Germany with the exception of Hamburg and Bavaria+ Holstein in the North: the rest is cultur-less. Also some parts of Northern America (those that are not Chicago, S.Francisco and New England and that have no over-abundant nature to compensate for the lack of it(XX))....hm actually I'm getting more interested in the US again, recently...all in all I can say: I can tolerate the most barbaric natives (e.g. honest and drunken Australians or Scots or Pygmies) but what I can't abide of is petite bourgeosie, be they in Germany, the States or Japan...that breed is getting quite ubiquitous today and I can't stand them...
