+1. but I places like vegas I wouldn't want to never see them, even once. there are maybe 50 cities I can think of that I have been to once and have no desire to get back to.


there are only a handfull of cities in africa and maybe in siberia that I have no desire to see, even once. also chernobyl.

aside from that, I'd pretty much like to see everyplace.

I have the desire to visit every single country of this world. For me there are three things that matter in an accomplished man's life: love, work and travelling. The world is yours to discover.

Good choice there on your part Conne. Many a young Yank, just like you, has ended up battered and broken after drinking too much on a cross border trip, and shooting off their mouths.

I have no desire to visit places in general, that are below a certain level of civilization. If there's no running water, electricity, or AC in hot areas, I have very little desire to go there. Has anyone seen Ewan MacGregor and Charlie Boreman in "Long Way Round"? That's pretty much my idea of hell, where they're crossing the endless wastes of the former USSR and China.

Other than that, I think most everywhere has something interesting.

What's with the Vegas bashing, btw? I had a great time, on my inaugural trip last year. It is what it is, but there's something for everyone IMO.
