Let's have it, what are you having.

Me,

-Grilled lambchops and T-bone steaks
-Grilled freshly picked corn on cob
-Grilled/baked sweet potato/yam
-maybe some grilled wild salmon (copper river variety )

Lots of fruits (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, watermellon)
sauteed spinach and broccoli in olive oil/fish sauce (my little kids actually like this )
Homemade fruit smoothies

Lots of beer for me
Wine for the missus
Juice for the kids

I'd wanted to bring a pulled pork butt, but our hosts keep "kosher style," so this was my fall back position.

Wasn't that an Obama line? I don't have any cooking plan for the 4th, and since no one invited us, we might as well just head to the beer garden and eat some sausages with massive quantities of beer.
