Depends on the jurisdiction but generally no.
Edit - or I should say, if both are adults and are siblings it is likely they will both be charged. If it's parent on child incest then usually it's just the parent that is charged.

It's very rare to have the child, even an adult child, charged with incest with a parent. At least 'round these parts.
