Just sharing my personal experiences...Whenever I've had insomnia it was mainly because of stress/over thinking stuff. When I'm on a schedule my body is used to the only thing that helps me get a good night sleep is going to bed early. It takes a coule of days to get used to but yea...maybe take a look at your diet. Then again you probably already have.
I will remit the amount I think is appropriate for the quality of treatment I received.
Yeah, if there's a "solution," I've tried it. I'm just not wired to have a "normal" schedule. Back when I was able to sleep on my natural schedule, sleep was much, much less of an issue (though I'd still have problems occasionally).

By nature I am a total night owl. My natural rhythm would be bed about 3am get up about 10am for a total of seven hours. Work life has forced me into an unnatural rhythm just like the anal phase of development.
I think we've had this conversation in the past, but, yeah, that would be an excellent schedule for me.
