Just sharing my personal experiences...Whenever I've had insomnia it was mainly because of stress/over thinking stuff. When I'm on a schedule my body is used to the only thing that helps me get a good night sleep is going to bed early. It takes a coule of days to get used to but yea...maybe take a look at your diet. Then again you probably already have.

My complaint is that, even after waking early for years, my body hasn't adjusted to the schedule in the way other people in this thread have described.

Also, I am very, very much not an early bird. If I had it my way, my days would all shift back about three hours. I don't been more sleep or less to do, but I would much prefer the timing were different.

By nature I am a total night owl. My natural rhythm would be bed about 3am get up about 10am for a total of seven hours. Work life has forced me into an unnatural rhythm just like the anal phase of development. frown.gif

Because they have heavily marketed the fact that they have a good product and trendy designs at a significantly lower price than the traditional optical oligopoly.

Is it actually a quality product? I've never handled a pair in person, but I know they're made in China. I can't imagine they're very good quality at their price points. I imagine they'd suffer from squeaky hinges after a couple week's worth of wear.

Luxottica has six plants in Italy, two in China and one in America.
The Chinese plants concentrate on the more labor-intensive product lines, while the Italian facilities specialize in products with a high level of value-added warranted by their “Made in Italy” status.
Overall, Luxottica produces around 30 million units a year in its Italian plants, which is around 65% of its total production worldwide.

Well, I buy my glasses from zenni for a fraction of that price and I am satisfied by them. Not that every pair from them has been great But I am on my third pair of my everyday glasses model(I buy a new pair every year when I get a new prescription since it is cheaper than just getting new lenses) and have had several different models of sunglasses.

I imagine the warby parkers are slightly better feeling (I've seen some try on paid that a friend had and they seemed nice)

Gotcha. I might have to pay their Boston location a visit tomorrow cause their price points are definitely attractive. I just hope the quality is up to par.

Up to par compared to what? There isn't much to compar WB to at that price point. I own Oliver People's frames so I wasn't blown away by WB (plus their styles didn't fit me). Not to mention I can get sick glasses for cheap thanks to my insurance. People who don't have that luxury are likely to be more drawn to WB.
