To merge both you and I's misunderstandings: I'd rather drink a bottle of wine to relax than get a massage. Maybe I could drink wine through a crazy straw while getting a massage. That is just nuts though.

A message has never accomplished anything for me that a glass of scotch has not.

Another thing I do not get: graduation speakers. It seems the purpose of these people is to inspire those graduating from college to make good choices, motivate them for success, give advice, etc. Would this not be best given upon entering college when students can act upon the advice with immediacy in their studies?

At my school they had the opening ceremony speech as well. I actually didn't go to my graduation ceremony. I was too hungover.

Well by that standard, you should have an inspirational speaker every day.

My workout music the last four times has been Feist, The National, Feist, and Tori Amos. I wonder if I would be mightier if I did use different music?

Too dangerous for colleges. Some of the students might decide they are better off deferring school or skipping it altogether to work or travel rather than racking up monstrous debt without giving serious thought to why they are doing so.
