I don't understand people that are driving alone, one ear glued to a cell phone, and one hand constantly making huge, extravagant hand gestures. They usually also have very intent looks are their faces and are bobbing their heads in emphasis. I find the demographic to usually be female, 30-45, driving very modest or beat up cars or a minivan.

My wife's family lives up in Erie PA and all the women have these perm'd mullets, even the five year old. wtf, have decent hair styles not of the 1980s not permeated into the Rust Belt of yet? They care enough to get perms done, surely they watch enough TV to know that nobody wears their hair like that anymore.
