Fish and grits is a Southern thing, which is why Outkast mentions fish and grits, not shrimp.

Honestly I understand where he's coming from. I can't imagine actually retiring. I would be bored stiff, even if I was rich. Fortunately my excessive alcohol consumption will ensure I won't live to 100 so I don't have to worry about turning into the crypt keeper.
