I don't get people that think the busy entrance way to a store is the best place to stand and chat, have a cell phone conversation, or text. I doubly don't get why they get upset when people bump into them trying to get by.

I don't mind when singers add some interpretation to the national anthem. The line for me is when singers treat the song like an etude that gives them the opportunity to show off their virtuosity.

I loathe the Star Spangled Banner. It's unlistenable. It's something a caterwauling butterfly lesbian would write. It's fucking terrible. It's the kind of son that if it weren't the national anthem absolutely no one would listen to it, ever. Fucking War of 1812. Fucking lamest war.

on a similar note, everytime pacquiao fights and whoever's singing the Philippine anthem does that mariah carey-ish diva bullshit on the song, the singer would get booed and cussed by people watching on live tv, the press would have a field day ripping the singer apart, and there was one the singer shat on the song with her wailing and screaming so badly that someone from the historical institute dug up an old law that says the anthem should not be sung any other way than how it was composed or you go to jail.

Today I drove behind a guy who signaled left and then changed lanes to the right. Then he signaled right and changed lanes to the left. Even if you're not paying attention and are driving on auto pilot, how do you make that mistake? (After a couple of these errors, I ran him into the ditch so he wouldn't endanger the other drivers. Then I fled the scene quickly.)

A laugh track is an irritation force multiplier on a sitcom. That show is not funny, but at least it has a laugh track so its fans know when to laugh.

I did it just yesterday. There were three lanes turning left, I saw a sign saying that I was on the wrong one to get back to the nearby interstate, and while already having my left signal on, I moved a lane to the right. Odd scenario, and I was taken aback by the sign and had to react fact before I could get over. I did fumble with the lever while trying to get over, but I didn't wind up getting it in time, and when I did, it just turned off the signal, which I turned back on again, since I was indeed turning left.
