Are you talking about tavern cut style? That is the way a St. Louis style pizza must needs be cut and the reason is basically that it kicks ass to do it that way. Not sure if I can put it any better than that.

Chicago style thin is also tavern cut. Shit is the right way to do it with studier thin crusts (not Neapolitan)

because they're on "a diet". it's called self-delusion. like my wifey brought home these tiny 6-packs of coke and even tho i normally don't drink soda at all i go through like 3 of those things at lunch.

+1 tavern cut is the only way to do thin crust.

Well-done also is the way to go for thin crust. Soz it has the tensile strength to support the toppings. *tho you can cut up the roof of your mouch sumtin awful wit dat crust if you're in a hungry state, like ya ate out a robot or some such.

interestingly, i just watched the roll call for the wimmenz 4x100 IM and when the russians came out some of their jackets were in russian and some were in english. apparently they have alternate swag.
