My GF picked up the iPhone SE to replace her 5c. I do like the size--and I think she's been getting pretty good battery life with it.

I like my Galaxy S7. Battry life is great as is the screen quality.

+1 to the S7

I have and love my 6S but I use an S7 at work and it's a great device in terms of hardware and ergonomics.

Still hate android and all the bloat ware though.

What's the deal with images of flies painted/etched inside of urinals?

They are for aiming. Apparently they help not getting piss everywhere.

I was at the auto repair shop once getting my auto repaired (like why else would I be there, for the scenery?). The other people in the waiting zone were less affluent than me, based on a variety of endelcators. Irregardless, they all had ironing board size telephones was giving me the business for having a more old-fashioned size smart phone. (I got Samson SPH-D700 phone.) I had two points in response to their mockery. First, my phone still got functionment to it why would I buy a new one don't make no sense. Second, why do you think I got a Maybach in the shop where's you got a old Calmry?

Well, OK, but why a fly and not a bulls-eye or an apple on somebody's head?

I thought you could get rid of most of the crap that they install on the S7? Or at least they had far less stuff on it than previous S* models.

I rather enjoy android when it isn't covered in bloat...But my 2013 moto X is getting old, and neither of the current Nexus phones appeal to me very much.

Yeah you can hide them and shit which def helps. I misspoke tho because i meant the stupid skins they overlay like touch wiz. The bloat ware sucks too tho for sure.

Android in its purest form is decent but I stil don't like how they handle the app switcher or how the status bar is spammed with notification icons across the entire length, among other things.

This isn't meant as a mean-spirited post, even though it might look that way. One thing I always notice at the gym is that there are quite a few people there who are obese. (I don't just mean they're heavy, I mean they're way, way overweight.) That's great; it's cool to see people who've gotten themselves into a really bad position taking steps to improve their lives. But about half of these people never use any of the cardio machines. (Maybe they do when I'm not there, of course, but I've been observing this for quite a while.) They just do weights. Why, if you are obese and you've gotten to the point where you're motivated enough to join a gym, would you never use the cardio machines?

because burning calories with cardio for a short duration at the gym isn't as effective as building muscle that then increases your resting metabolic rate for the 95% of the time you're not at the gym

that's just my guess anyway. Or they have no endurance and doing cardio is one long stretch of pain versus short bursts.

I hate using cardio at the gym. If I want cardio, I'll do run outside/do things outside the gym.

What you say makes physiological sense but the real reason is cardio makes their thighs chafe. (To forestall the obvious my thighs are big and muscular, GF, so stop thinking about them.)
