why I have a 3" diameter butt plug as a door stop.

Don't get how this guy keeps getting cast. He was Moriarty in that BBC Sherlock Holmes thing, and just saw him in Spectre, which I watched on a plane. His sole skill seems to be having a Ted Cruzy punchable (but not, apparently, shaveable) face. In both of those roles he's supposed to be super-smart, successful amd (presumably) charismatic, if a bit off. He conveys none of that, just a monotone simperingness. He's like Walter Goggins or Steve Buscemi without any acting chops whatsoever, just making a career out of Resting Bitch Face. He was so lame and miscast on Spectre that it was seriously distracting, even in a context where subtley nuanced bad guys aren't expected.

I don't get why some people cannot answer a question or just tell a story. I just was speaking to an employee and I had to ask the same question six times and they kept replying with completely unrelated statements.

I don't even remember him in Spectre.

He was the young turk who headed up the new combined intelligence service and wanted to eliminate the 00 program.

Which is why I disliked Spectre soo much...  that role was not cast well and the writing was not good overall.

My wife does this in response to my questions. I realizedwhat she was doing, though. She hears my question and immediately starts thinking, what is he implying with that question and how do I defend myself?

Which leads to fun conversations like:

Me: what time will you be home tonight?
Her: Look, I've been working hard this week and I deserve a little downtime with my friends, so fuck off!

Oh yeah, that guy... he was sort of like the Ted Cruz of MI-6.

Dat reactive defensiveness. Mmmmm.

My only problem with his casting in Spectre was that it was immediately clear that the new head of intelligence was a bad guy....they type cast him hard against his role in Sherlock. Less crazy loner, but still very obviously a villain.

Being it was a bond movie, its not like they were subtle about giving away other clues...but it would have been nice to maintain the illusion for more than 30 seconds.
