But seriously though, good humour is simply something that makes one laugh, often it is a reversal of expectations although there are many other devices and 'ideas' in the sense of clever plays on words or witicisms etc are rarely as funny as a fat man in a small suit.

You agree with me so, 'yes true', people falling is just a variation on fat man in a small suit, men getting hit in the nuts etc.

That's the reason why Charlie Chaplin was famous all around the word...

Words are always subject to socioeconmical , political and cultural interpretations.

When the hell did men at rutgers start caring what they looked like?

I'm not saying they're suddenly well dressed, but I'm seeing a shitload of tucked in OCBD's, sport coats and pants that actually fit and are not jeans all of a sudden. I saw three ascots today. I think thats more than I've seen in the last year put together.

also, why is there a fat girl on a unicycle wobbling around college ave? from the front she looks like a lollipop made of crisco. I do not understand what motivated this.

And my family members wonder why I left Jersey.

Its not Jersey. Its Rutgers.

When I'm in Princeton I just see hordes of teenagers dressed in pink bunny suits to collect money for charity, and when I'm at home I just have to dodge ancient Buick's being piloted by semi-senile, leopard-print-adorned octogenarians of Brooklynese extraction.

In New Brunswick, all crazy breaks loose daily.

^ my favorite parts of jersey are the New jersey-fied asian populations. it can be horrific to see Indians/Chinese/Vietnamese/Filipinos with thick New Jersey accents and wearing guido inspired clothes.

But still with all the stereotypical things people rag on NJ about... I still don't really get the hate for the state. There are some beautiful parts/communities in NJ that I wouldn't mind living in.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Actually I'm just being nice...I love visiting places in NJ like sandy hook but - there's no way in fucking hell I'm living in NJ.... My wife is even more adamant of never living there

You know, walking around college ave on any given day of the week you'd never know we have some of the top academic programs in the country. You'd think it was some kind of winter quarantine for jersey shore wannabees....
