Especially 13--how do you come to that conclusion? I don't think dudes on average are smart enough or malicious enough to figure out that "I'm terrified she is going to leave me, so I am going to her self-fat-shaming and she will never leave". Most of them probably just wanted her to lose weight and were assholes about it.

#3 must just be because she hangs out with other fat people. If I saw a dude who looked like her, I would definitely think he was fat...but if I was one of her friends and saw the same dude, I might think he was a catch.

I'm confused. None of the reasons had to do with eating too much or not exercising.

Fat shamer.

I used to date guys who were terrified that I would leave them. In order to keep me from leaving, they encouraged my self-fat-shaming despite my skinniness. If I was convinced that I was fat and ugly, they could keep me all to themselves; they could keep me inside, away from other people who were clearly disgusted that I was so fat. They encouraged fad dieting, starvation diets, and OTC pills as diet aids, but they also discouraged me from exercising, saying that I was so fat that if I exercised, I would injure myself again.

Does she really expect non-brain washed people to believe this? confused.gif

Every anti GMO talk ever.

What I want to know is if peer reviewed journals are ruled out who provides the evidence that GMOs cause cancer

Bought some Round Up yesterday to use on the weeds that are popping through my fence. I noticed the Monsanto label and felt a little happy tingle over what this type of person would think of my purchase.

Are your other reasons things like, "I don't want Europeans to take advantage of safe farming technology that increases crop yield and lowers food prices?"

Nowhere in her article does she ever take ownership for her own problems.

It's everyone else's fault.

Fuck off.

Comcast was named the worst country in america:
http://consumerist.com/2014/04/08/congratulations-to-comcast-your-2014-worst-company-in-america/
I get that. Totally see how comcast could win...

But what I don't get is how they just barely beat Monsanto? Monsanto got some bad PR from suing farmers who reuse seeds or have their crops fertilized by the Monsanto crops their neighbors used...but that was a couple of years ago. That's pretty shitty, but I am not aware of anyting recent that would make them the worst company in the eyes of average folk. In fact, they seem like a pretty decent company all around. Agree or disagree with the GMO thing (which is only a fraction of their business, and they also sell non-GMO seeds), they don't seem to be particularly exploitative or big price gougers...

I'm very happy I don't have Comcast. Fuck that country.

Like I said most benefits will be taken by GMO companies. How many of them are there 5,7? Probably most american so they are pure evil. It could lead to some sort of monopoly or control of our food market. Let's see how Americans will benefit from that and then let's decide.

She's allergic to her own sweat and to being hot.

This makes sense, because the more healthy a food is, the more likely you are to be allergic to it. Nobody is allergic to commercial preservatives and additives.

Comcast customers have to deal directly with Comcast, in discrete, highly frustrating transactions. Our relationship with Monsanto is much less direct. EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THEY ARE POISONING US SO THEY CAN TAKE ALL OUR STUFFS AFTER WE DIE!!!!!

oddly enough, i am also allergic to most of the things that I don't want to do.

That article is worthwhile if only because the first picture would be an excellent new avatar for Neo.

I want to exercise, but it will put me into anaphylactic shock and literally kill me.
