It's more about sleep deficit/surplus before attacking the drink, it's predetermined. I think me and PatrickBooth drink similar levels, but I get a lot more sleep than PB, guaranteed. No less than 8-10 hours a day, and I'll let it run 12-13 hours on a Wednesday if I need to, but somedays a delivery man will come or the dog will kick me and I'll wake up 5 hrs into dreamland and **** my schedule up. I don't have hangovers if I get the continuous sleep, but I do get that low blood pressure head feel when trying to get up from the pillow at first, I have to get consciousness for about 30 seconds before I attempt it. Plus It's my job to bring the dog down from the loft in the morning, so I have to be awake, or I'll kill us all. If I get woken up 5-6 hrs into my sleep, I get red inthe face when I drink, I get drunk faster, I have ripping hangovers, it's all about sleep and resting the body cells.
