Anyone see the documentary Wattstax? Pretty amazing performances and a nice snapshot of 70s Los Angeles. They dubbed it "the black Woodstock" but I think it's more celebratory and energetic.

I bought the DVD at Walmart a few years back and it is a revelation. Richard Pryor, Rufus Thomas and of course Black Moses!
