I'm having difficulty finding a nice chino-type pant as stated in the title. Any recommendations? Something under $150 would be nice.

I tried the Jcrew lightweight chino but it's too baggy in the rear. The Naked and Famous chino pant looks pretty good but it doesn't seem like it's worth the almost $200 I see it going for.

Are you looking for five-pocket pants or trousers? Slight difference. If the latter, there are at least two megathreads on that very issue.

The affiliate Epaulet has the N&F chino going for $145 in a couple of sizes.

Do it. N+F Slim Guy Chino is awesome - I got some from Epaulet and they're great. Mike is an awesome guy to deal with. Great 5-pocket selvedge chino with nice little details, like coin pocket selvedge at a good price.

Cool. Good suggestions.

I already saw the Epaulet and Krell offerings. Nothing in in my size....

Already have the N&F Slim Guy black denims in 31. I would guess I'd need the chino in the same size--the only one not available from Epaulet.

Anybody have an N&F chino they could measure? There're measurements online, but they're conflicting and I don't trust them.

Check Tobi.com for the N&F. They had that size I believe the other day I was looking at these.

I just got a pair from Uniqlo and they fit very nicely. Worth a try if you're on a budget.

Have been casually looking for the same thing. I picked these up at Gilt yesterday http://www.gilt.com/s/sevenspring/product/14151079 they look like a nice slim fit, have a little mire cas look with the 5 pockets. Should get them next week, I hope they are a good fit. I'll let you know.

Got two pairs of very slim chinos from Giordano (they are mainly in Asia & Australia) in Melbourne DFO last week for A$20 (US$16) each. Surprising because I've found little of attraction at Giordano before. They have about 2% lycra so they stretch a little which makes them also very comfortable.
